They will order the piece of jewellery in for you and you can go and view it in person the very next day to decide whether or not it's what you want. This way, you benefit from being able to chat to the shop owner about your potential purchase and the improved services they can offer compared to high street chain stores, but you're not obliged to make a purchase.
